He, born in 1974, Ph. D., is a Professor of Computer Science at Hebei University of Technology. He was a Visiting Scholar in department of Computer Science, University of Vermont from 2009 to 2010 and is a Visiting Scholar in department of Computer Science and Technology, Wright State University (2015-2016). His areas of interest are data mining and machine learning. He is a Senior Member of CCF. He is a Member of The University Academic Committee & Vice Chairman of The School Academic Committee.
